Shipping
- We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99. To qualify for free shipping, your order must have a minimum cart subtotal of $29.00.
- Domestic orders are typically shipped within two business days via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Please note, p.o. box orders, will be shipped via USPS.
- After an order has shipped, if you need to adjust the delivery address, please contact your assigned carrier for rerouting instructions.
- We ship during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm PST. We are closed over the weekends and for holidays. Any order placed while we are closed will be shipped out during the following open business day.
- Once orders have been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages, please reach out to your assigned carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns, unless there is an error with your order. Any errors must be submitted to Hello@Teanytea.com within three business days from the day your order delivered.
- Please contact our customer service team with any errors, questions or comments at Hello@Teanytea.com.
- We do not allow any exchanges on orders placed. Please take your time during checkout and double check your order.
- If you need to modify your order, we will be more than happy to help you, as long as your order has not been shipped.
